COO, Cristina Cole, feedback (hover): I know I have been very silent about you leaving and that’s because it literally makes me cry every time I think about it, let alone acknowledge it out loud. I cannot express how much I have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. You are an amazing young man, and I am so incredibly proud of you. You never let defeat bring you down and you are always striving to be the best version of yourself. You have impressed me with your sincerity and humbleness since day one. You are crazy smart and always looking to add more knowledge to a brain that’s already filled with so much intelligence it blows me away. I am honored to have been your mentor in business, and I know that you will move on to do phenomenal things with your future. I will miss you terribly but, I am encouraged knowing that you are following your passion and that the dedication it requires from you now will be rewarding you in the end.
